Lets exercise with SOLAT

May ALLAH ease everything for us. Ramadhan is coming so lets be fit with TERAWIH and QIAM. May our day be more blessed with our activities. Don't forget to read QURAN together with the MEANING. Hope that ALLAH will guide us to the right path. So please me myself try changing to be a better a person and don't just wait cause ALLAH will not change your life but you yourself have to work on it.

Trying to be fit

Lose weight is not simple as ABC. We can DIET but still it is not enough yet. Yes we are TRYING but how far will it go. Either we succeed to be THIN or we just stay in the first SIZE. So guys to lose weight, there are also some preparations we need to DO.

Motivation + Diet + Exercise
         yes we need to motivate ourselves to be healthy and fitter. be POSITIVE
         yes we need to control our daily food intake and our eating habit. have SELF RESTRAINT
         yes yes yes we do need to exercise. whether we run, jog or walk, we still need to EXERCISE
